In 1966, the Jindal family made their entry into the foam and mattress industry, guided by the visionary leadership of Mr. Satpal Jindal. With a progressive mindset, he laid the foundation by starting with the trading of goods in this sector. His forward-thinking approach not only established the family’s foothold in the industry but also set the stage for future growth and innovation in foam and mattress manufacturing.

Our legacy began in 1994, when Mr. Rajesh Jindal founded Jindal Petro Foam in Ambala, Haryana. With a vision to redefine comfort and quality, we embarked on a journey that would transform the foam and mattress industry.

In 2008, we laid the foundation for our future growth by establishing a new manufacturing unit dedicated to the production of Rebonded Foam. This marked the beginning of our evolution into a diversified and robust enterprise.

By 2012, we had expanded our horizons by introducing a wide range of products, including high-quality mattresses and PU-molded products. This diversification allowed us to serve a broader clientele and meet varied needs with precision and expertise.

In 2014, our commitment to innovation and excellence led us to establish a sprawling 200,000-square-foot facility. This new facility not only increased our production capacity but also expanded our reach to multiple states across North and Central India, solidifying our market presence.

Our journey took a global turn in 2020, as we began exporting our premium products to international markets such as Singapore and New Zealand. This step showcased our ability to compete and excel on a global scale, further building our legacy.

The year 2021 was a landmark in our history, with the installation of the advanced German Hennecke foaming machine. This technology enabled us to cross the 7,000 tonnes annual production mark, highlighting our dedication to leveraging cutting-edge technology for superior quality.

In 2023, we continued to enhance our capabilities with the installation of the Albrecht Bäumer Looper Machine. This addition exemplifies our ongoing commitment to innovation and efficiency, reinforcing our position as industry leaders.
