Jindal Petro Foam has been making polyurethane (PU) foam at Village Mandhour, Ambala since 1994. The plant now covers 250,000 sq ft and handles every step in-house: foaming on a Hennecke line, cutting on Bäumer loopers and CNC machines, then rebonding, lamination and finishing. Keeping it under one roof lets us hold density, hardness and cell structure steady from batch to batch, and ship foam to buyers across India on time.
Foam grades we manufacture
- Mattress and furniture grades: Climate and Climate+ foam, HR (high resilience) foam, rebonded foam and soft peeling rolls cut to your thickness and width.
- Technical grades: hard foam, lamination, polyester, reticulated, memory, acoustic, FR (fire retardant) and anti-bacterial foam for automotive, footwear, filtration, sound control and healthcare.
- Signature foams: Rosegold, Response Cool Gel, Cocoon and Mojorest HR for premium mattresses.
